May is Mental Health Awareness Month and OTO wants YOU to join us for our virtual workshop, Mental Health Matters: It‘s Okay Not To Be Okay.
This year’s program will feature panelists Dr. Lisa Littlejohn-Hill - MBA, MA, LCMHC, A. Maurice Harvey - LCSW, and OTO’s own Crystal Agnew - LPC, LCMHC, LCPC and Yolanda Moore - RN, BSN, MBA. Our discussion will highlight the differences between mental health challenges and disorders, men‘s mental health, and stigmas that act as a barrier to seeking care.
We will also address the impact of hormones, menopause and post-partum depression. Mark your calendars and don’t forget to invite your friends and family.
